God, many times I’ve failed you, broken Your heart. But You STILL CHOOSE to forgive me. I have no words to describe Your love for me. All I can say is that I’m thankful. Your love endures forever. Someone once said something like this, “If God Himself, the Creator of all things, the one who needs nothing, CHOSE to love us, it can only be because we really need Him.” I now fully understand this sentence. There is no “if”. We need Him in us.

God, forgive me for doubting that Your love is enough. Help me to recognize that everything I need is YOU. My source of life, love, strength, hope. Where else do I need to look but to find You in my heart? Everything I need is You.
