I’m not sure if Corrinne May wrote this song in a secular context, but I’m treating it as a Christian song.
Reina, Jang, Jo and I sang this song to Sharon during our cell group retreat as an appreciation for her and also part of her belated Christmas present. Haha. It was quite a last minute presentation that we pulled off but it was quite fun la. Haha.

Coming back to the point, “On the Side of Me” is a song that any believer can relate to.
I’m not the easiest person to love but God still loves me for who I am no matter what I’ve done.
This is how I feel right now, at this point of time, just as I struggle with a particular issue at hand.
The skeletons in my closet
Are too big for me to hide
But He knows them all. And He has already forgiven me.
